Errors and limits
Find why work will not start or a result looks unexpected.
Cannot sign in (cloud)
Section titled “Cannot sign in (cloud)”- Check login/password and temporary password expiry (24 hours).
- Change the temporary password if the app requires it.
Run / discovery / analysis will not start
Section titled “Run / discovery / analysis will not start”- Cloud: Balance — is Available enough?
- Local: Settings — is an OpenRouter key present?
- Mini App: is Bot token set?
- URL must start with
http://orhttps://; Mini App needs HTTPS withoutt.me.
Status “Blocked” or “Could not verify”
Section titled “Status “Blocked” or “Could not verify””Often an environment limit (captcha, SSO, leaving the domain), not necessarily a product defect. Check steps and screenshots.
Discovery or document stopped
Section titled “Discovery or document stopped”Read the stop message, raise limits (Continue), or change mode/account. For documents, check Google Docs access or DOCX integrity.
Report will not build
Section titled “Report will not build”Click Retry build. Ensure selected runs belong to one project.
Product-wide limits
Section titled “Product-wide limits”- The AI can pick a wrong step or misstate a bug.
- There is no promise of full site coverage.
- There is no built-in card payment for users.
