Access and sign-in
Access your project workspace, replace a temporary password, and sign out.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Login and temporary password from an administrator.
- On first sign-in — ability to set a permanent password (at least 12 characters).
How to sign in
Section titled “How to sign in”- Open the app URL.
- On the Sign in screen enter Login and Password.
- Click Sign in.
If you received a temporary password, you must change it before opening projects. Temporary passwords expire after 24 hours.
How to change the password
Section titled “How to change the password”- On the security screen enter Current password, New password, and Repeat new password.
- Confirm with Change password.
- Other sessions end; continue to projects.
Later you can change the password under Settings / My settings. To leave the session click Sign out.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- There is no self-service registration — an administrator grants access.
- Users cannot top up balance themselves — only an administrator can.
- In the current product build, two-factor sign-in is not required for regular users in the UI.
